The bidder is committed to provide third-party certificates of classification societies at the time of delivery.I.投標人應(yīng)承諾自行委托國家安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)督管理總局海洋石油作業(yè)安全辦公室(COOOSO) 認可的下列任一家船級社 (ABS, DNV, BV 和 CCS) 對HIPPS整體進行檢驗并獲得檢驗證書。并將發(fā)證機構(gòu)簽發(fā)的設(shè)計評審報告和檢驗證書提交買方，投標人承諾交貨后兩個月內(nèi)須提供船級社 (ABS, DNV, BV 和 CCS) HIPPS整撬檢驗證書。The bidder shall undertake to commission any one of the following Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV and CCS) recognized by the Offshore Oil Safety Office (COOOSO) of the State Administration of Work Safety to carry out the inspection of the whole HIPPS and obtain the inspection certificate. The Design Review Report and Inspection Certificate issued by the issuing organization shall be submitted to the buyer, and the bidder undertakes to provide Classification Societies (ABS, DNV, BV and CCS) with the HIPPS whole skid inspection certificate within two months after delivery.
