normal align=left style="text-align:left;text-indent:32.0pt; line-height:20.0pt;background:white">1、招標(biāo)人和代理機構(gòu)應(yīng)當(dāng)提前做好各項準(zhǔn)備工作，準(zhǔn)時開標(biāo)。

normal align=left style="text-align:left;text-indent:32.0pt; line-height:20.0pt;background:white">2、開標(biāo)時，投標(biāo)人采用網(wǎng)上遠程異地解密時，請用CA證書登錄平頂山市 業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)，進入本項目開標(biāo)大廳點擊解密來完成投標(biāo)文件的解密工作。每位投標(biāo)人的解密時間從開標(biāo)時間起60分鐘內(nèi)完成，超過規(guī)定時間解密的投標(biāo)文件不予接收。
