3、投標人資格要求投標人應具備的資格或業績:對投標人的資格和業績要求：Requirements for Qualification and reference of Bidder: （1）資格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．如果投標人為境內注冊公司，投標人需提供合法有效的企業法人營業執照、稅務登記證及組織機構代碼證或證照合一的營業執照，投標時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；如果投標人為境外注冊公司，需提供有效的公司登記注冊證明；A．The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods.C. 是否接受聯合體投標：否Joint Venture: Not AcceptedD. 未領購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以Bid without the bidding documents：NOT Available（2）資質要求Qualification requirement:投標人所投產品的制造商須取得覆蓋本次投標產品等級且有效的《特種設備型式試驗證書》。The manufacturer of the bid product shall obtain a valid Special Equipment Type Test Certificate covering the grade of the bid product. （3）業績要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:2015年1月1日至投標截止日（以合同簽署時間為準），投標人所投產品的制造商有雙酚A裝置（BPA裝置）氣動旋塞閥的2個合同業績且單個合同閥門數量大于或等于50臺。其中，至少包含1臺壓力等級不低于600lb的氣動旋塞閥和1臺設計溫度不低于250℃的氣動旋塞閥。（需注意：壓力等級和設計溫度可以同時在1臺閥門中體現，也可以分別在2臺閥門中體現；壓力等級和設計溫度不要求必須同時體現在1個合同業績中，可以分別在2個合同業績中體現。)如果投標人為制造商所在集團內負責銷售的公司，應提供該制造商的業績。From 1st Jan, 2015 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the manufacturer of the products submitted by the bidder shall have 2 supply contracts of BPA plant pneumatic plug valves, and the number of individual contract valves is greater than or equal to 50.Among the two contracts, there is at least one pneumatic plug valves with a pressure class of not less than 600lb and one pneumatic plug valve with a design temperature of not less than 250℃.(Note: Pressure rating and design temperature can be reflected in 1 valve at the same time, or can be reflected in 2 valves; Pressure rating and design temperature are not required to be reflected in 1 contract at the same time, but can be reflected in 2 contract performance.)If the bidder is a company responsible for sales within the manufacturer's group, the contract of that manufacturer should be provided. 投標人須按規定格式提交業績表，并提交相關業績證明文件。業績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復印件（含相關技術附件）。投標人所提交的業績證明文件必須至少體現以下內容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內貿易合同應有雙方蓋章，國際貿易合同應有雙方簽字或蓋章）、制造商名稱、裝置名稱、貨物名稱、貨物數量、壓力等級、設計溫度。若業績合同為年度協議，除提供年度協議外，還應提供相應的已到貨訂單，訂單內容或編號應與年度協議相關聯。同一個年度協議下提供1個或以上的訂單及與訂單對應的到貨驗收材料均算為1個有效業績。The Bidder shall furnish reference List in given form, and provide corresponding documentary evidence. The documentary evidence shall include but not limited to: copies of sales contract (including technical appendix) . The reference evidence certification furnished by Bidder shall as least demonstrate the content show as follows: Date of signing contract, contract signing page(domestic trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties, international trade contracts should have signatures or seals from both parties), name of manufacturer, name of the plant, name of goods, number of goods, pressure rating and design temperature.If the performance contract is an annual agreement, in addition to providing the annual agreement, corresponding received orders should also be provided, and the order content or number should be associated with the annual agreement. Providing one or more orders and corresponding acceptance evidence under the same annual agreement is considered as one valid performance.未提交業績證明文件，或通過所提供的業績證明文件無法認定滿足上述業績要求的，均視為無效業績。 If no documentary evidence furnished, or documentary evidence furnished can not demonstrate the above performance requirements, the relevant reference will be deemed invalid.是否接受聯合體投標:不接受未領購招標文件是否可以參加投標:不可以4、
